Saand Ki Aankh Movie Story
Saand Ki Aankh or the bull’s eye as spoken widely by the two ladies on whom the movie is made is an upcoming 2019 Indian biopic drama film. With Tushar Hiranandani as the director of these film and AnuragKashyap being the producer along with Reliance Entertainment and Nidhi Parmar. The film features Bhumi Pednekar Tapsee Pannu and Prakash Jha as main characters. The film is a biopic based on the life of two pair sharpshooters sister by laws ChandroTomar and Prakashi Tomar. Filming began on 10 February 2019 in Baghpat. Some parts are rumoured to be filmed in Hastinapur and Mawana. It is known that movie is set to release on 25 October 2019.
Initially, the film was titled Womaniya with Bhumi Pednekar and Tapsee Pannu in lead roles, the film was renamed as Saand Ki Aankh Later on Prakash Jha was also included in the cast to play a vital role. Vineet Kumar got added to the cast to add more twists to it. The co producer Anurag Kashyap announced that the film is a biopic based on the life of the oldest sharpshooters, Chandro Tomar and her sister-in-law Prakashi Tomar.
The second part of the film is to be shot Hastinapur and Mawana. Pannu trained in air pistol and rifle shooting to reprise the role of sharpshooters in the film. The filming was completed in the last week of April.
The story revolves around two aged women from Haryana. Coming out of the rural area these two shows immense strength by standing against the men in their society. They picked up the arms at their home to save womanhood from the repressed society, Later they were taught under a certified coach for furthering their talent of shooting for the national level games.
