An uncountable volume of people in the world commute to and from work daily, and it’s not unusual to hear that. Majority of those who opt for commuting from home to work and vice versa are those who don’t own cars, or simply because they find that commuting is the best option to reach their workplace.

Imagine yourself being in a bustle in any transportation means you could think of, crowded and humid air, wouldn’t you get stressed?  And that results for your employees to get tired and stressed that may affect their work performance. Though they aren’t the one to blame especially that owning a car takes a lot of expenses and responsibilities as wells.

Their tiredness or stress in commuting may divert their focus and/or attention easily – thinking of tons of ways to reduce their stress or to simply spend some time to take a rest.

  • Avoid hiring applicants that reside into a location an hour or so away from the company address.
  • If you can recommend a potential applicant or employee into your company’s nearest branch to their address, do it without thinking twice.
