Generally ICAI issues the admit card 21 prior to exam. Students can only download their admit card in the PDF card for Nov 2019 exam through the official website of ICAI as ICAI has stopped sending the admit card offline through the post.
This year the exams of CA Final will be starting from 1st Nov to 17th Nov 2019, and on the day of examination you will need the admit card of ICAI CA Final to enter the examination hall.

How to Download CA Final 2019 Admit Card
Students can download their admit card for Nov 2019 exam through the icaiexam.icai.org. For downloading the admit card follow these below mentioned steps –
First you will need to visit ICAI website (link is mentioned above)
- Now login here using your registered login ID and Password
- After this you will find a link in the from of Admit card on your dashboard.
- Click on the link
- After linking on the admit card link, a PDF file of your admit card will appear on your screen.
Now you can download or print your admit card in the A4 size.
Details Mentioned on the CA Final Year Admit Card
Your admit card some details regarding the exam and you. You can check what details you check after downloading your admit card –
- Your name and roll number
- Your registration number
- Your address
- Name and address of your examination center
- Exam name for you are going to appear
- Medium of your exam
- Your photograph and signature
What If There is an Error in Your Admit Card Details?
It can be possible that you have errors in your admit card details due to filling the wrong information in the application form as your admit card contain details from your application form. ‘
ICAI has provided a facility to its students in which students can correct errors from the CA Final Hall ticket through the correction window.
ICAI has two correction windows. First is free where students can correct errors i.e. Name and Medium without paying any fee.
On the second window students can correct all details by paying Rs 1000/- 10 days before the examination.
What If Your Photo/Signature is Not Appearing on Your CA Final Exam Admit Card?
In case if your Photograph or Signature not appears on your admit card then you should immediately contact to Certified Practicing Chartered Accountant and attest your signature/Photograph on his/her letterhead.
You should also mention some required details on the letterhead like your Name, Registration number, Month of Exam, Year of Exam, Center Name, Postal Address, Roll No, Exam Name, and Medium as well.
After this you will need to carry this letterhead to the examination center along with your CA Final Admit Card 2019.
What to Carry with Admit Card to the Examination Center?
Its advisable for the students to carry other Identity proofs to the examination center along with the admit card. You should one photo ID proof (i.e. Pan card, Votar Id card, Adhar Card, etc) and two latest color passport sized photograph to the examination center.
How to Download ICAI CA Final Nov 2019 Admit Card If You Have Forgotten Your Password?
Its advisable to the student to write his/her registration number, roll number, ID and password safe on paper and keep that paper safe as ICAI provides most of its facilities only.
As you know you will need your ID and password to download the admit card but in case if you have forgotten your password then you can retrieve it by following these steps –
- First visit ICAI website (link is mentioned above)
- Now you will need to go to the Login section
- Here you will find “Forgot Password”, click on this link
- After this system will offer you 3 options. In the first option you can retrieve your password via Email. Wherein the second option you will need to answer some questions to retrieve your password. In the last option you will need to enter your Pin to reset the password.
- Select one of the them
- Now fill the required details i.e. Pin/ OTP/ Answer
- At last link on the Submit button to reset your password.
After retrieving password you can download your admit card in PDF format by following the above mentioned steps.
Things to Remember Regarding the Admit Card
You should download the admit card in A4 Size in the PDF format because you will get only 3 chances to print your admit card through your dashboard.
You should carry above mentioned documents to examination center.
Its advisable for the student to download and print his/her admit card at least 10 days before the day of examination so that if there is any error in the admit card you will able to correct it.
